Theme was apple as it was the first word of Sara Sofia.Pink Gerbera's mummies and the boy in a Napoli FBC uniform is the big brothers request. Cake is pineapple flavored vanilla cake with pineapple butter cream and pineapple pieces covered with white chocolate ganache and sugar paste. All modelings are hand made and edible.
